Second: Titanium Rod filter element
Titanium rod filter element, titanium filter element, M20 threaded titanium rod filter element, 222
interface, 226 interface titanium rod filter element.
Titanium rod filter element (including tube type and plate type) is based on the industrial high purity
titanium powder (99.4%) as the raw material, after screening, cold and other static pressure forming,
high temperature, high Sintered in a vacuum. Therefore, titanium filter element with its high-tech material composition and
special molding process, so that it has unique excellent properties:
1. Uniform structure, narrow aperture distribution and high separation efficiency.
2. High porosity, small filtration resistance, and high permeability efficiency.
3. High temperature resistance, generally can be used normally below 280 degrees.
4. Good chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance.
5. No particles fall off, no secondary pollution, and meet the requirements of food hygiene and
pharmaceutical GMP.
6. Good mechanical performance, pressure filter can be extracted, simple operation.
7. Low pressure difference, small floor area, large flow.
8. Strong anti-microbial ability and does not interact with microorganisms.
9. Good molding process, the overall no welding length can reach 1000 mm.
